Rockin’ 4 Vets for a Better Future
Rockin' 4 Vets is an organization formed to help raise funds for groups assisting Vets dealing with issues related to their time in the service, following their separation from duty.
Originally founded in 2015 as V is for Veterans, the organization was meant to be short-term—until it became clear how much impact it could make. Created by former rock tour manager Jim Tirabassi, the group was launched with help from legendary bluesman James Montgomery, an early advocate for Veterans' causes since the 1970s.
In 2021, the name changed to Rockin’ 4 Vets to better reflect how we raise funds—through live music events. Partnering with Alive & Kicking Productions, we bring in top talent to help amplify our mission.
Today, we focus on issues close to home: addiction and PTSD, which founder Jim personally faced after his Army service. We also support efforts around homelessness and suicide prevention, continuing to stand with fellow Veterans every step of the way.
